- Valid identification document

- Citizens of the Republic of Estonia who are at least 20 years old or persons permanently residing in Estonia
- Income of at least €385 per month
- Official job, minimum length of service 6 months

If you want to know the amount you can use Liisi installment payment for before making a purchase, submit a limit request in Holmbank self-service. Within the pre-requested limit, you can conveniently make installment purchases in the store for 60 days without submitting a new application.

Yes! Both installment payment solutions – ESTO and Liisi – are available in our online store (pood.starcom.ee) and in the Starcom store in Ülemiste center. In the online store, simply select the appropriate installment payment method and follow the instructions. In the store, our salespeople will help you with the contract.
ESTO: The decision usually comes within a few minutes. After approval, you will receive the goods immediately.
Liisi: The application process usually takes 15-30 minutes. If all the documents are in order and the conditions are met, you can sign the contract and receive the goods immediately.
For both installment plans, you will need:
- Valid identity document (ID card, passport)
- Contact information (phone, e-mail)
Additionally, in Liisi's case:
- Proof of income (payslip, bank statement)
- Information about the employer and employment relationship
Yes, for both installment plans it is possible to repay the loan early. For ESTO, log in to your account and select the “pay in advance” option. For Liisi, contact Holm Bank by email [email protected] or by phone.
If you experience payment difficulties, contact the installment payment provider as soon as possible:

If you miss the payment deadline, late payment interest may be added and the debt will be entered into the debt register, which may affect your creditworthiness in the future. Therefore, it is important to contact us as soon as possible!
